Filter files with clear tags

Is it possible to filter files with no actors, tags or sites assigned?

That is possible.
I will show an example for Tags.

1) Open Tags in the main window.
2) Click on "Filter: Select All" button.

3) Switch AND/OR selector over the Tags button to OR position.

4) Finally, click RIGHT mouse button on the Tag indicator below.

That will apply logical NOT to the result (will invert it).
