All about the program

I have been running 3.0.0.3 and yesterday videonizer started crashing on load. I updated to 3.0.0.4, and it still crashes on the splash screen, after I have put in my password. I can remove all my old databases and it will give me the prompt to make a new db. Tried it on another PC and it loads past the splash into the program fine.

It was fine in the early evening, but I came back later after closing it (without restarting PC) and it now won't load at all. I have rebooted since and it still won't work.

Many thanks for advice

Please provide more details (at least text from crash screen).
Please check the database file is not read-only.
The best option is to share database via private message.

All i get on load is http://i.imgur.com/7mtxMGO.png and loads of these http://i.imgur.com/qaR3yTd.png and no more details.

I can send the database, but it doesn't matter which one I use, they all do this.

There should be more detailed crash description in Windows.
Something like that:

All I get is this http://i.imgur.com/QoqBXen.png. Is there another place where log files are dumped? If not, this is all I get.

I click debug and nothing happens either

Have you changed any Windows users recently?
Maybe your current user just has not enough privileges to access the file and Videonizer fails to open it?

Thank you for your report.
I think I will fix the issue in the next release of Videonizer.
Have you made any changes to video players on your PC (deinstall anyone)?

Hi guys, thanks for the help so far.

It would appear a corruption of KERNENBASE.dll is the problem (which is user profile specific). Tested with another windows profile, works fine. It appears the only solution is to create another profile and move everything across. I can't be bothered to do that, so I've set it up on another computer, but that one won't let me load a DB bigger than 100. Is there a way to move a serial to another PC?

Just to clear up, the first problem is solved, just need a new key now.

Thanks for both yours help
