Excelent Support Help/Thanks

I did not realize there was a forum a few days ago and emailed SUU-Design about an activation issue I was having.
I normally allow 2 business days for a response to an email request for support. I emailed SUU and received a fairly quick response in the same day with a tailored set of trouble shooting steps specific to the issue I was having. After a few back and fourth emails (each with trouble shooting tips from SUU) my problem was resolved. The issue I had turned out not to be an issue with the program, but with the download of the activation key due to an error that cut part of the file key I needed. I would not have found this error with out the support SUU offered.

I posted this to say thanks to SUU for the Photo and Video Thumbnails Maker as both programs work great, but also because the support is just as great if one needs it.
And also to let others who maybe thinking of using the products to know it's worth buying the SUU products if they want to make sure they can get support if needed.

I totally agree with you. Scorp is one of the few developers who listen to what people want and if it seems like a good idea, will implement it. I've been using VTM for a very long time now and I remember making suggestions at the beginning and everything I suggested ended up being put into the program. Even though some of my older posts are no longer around, anytime I suggested something to improve VTM, Scorp would be like - let me see what I can do in the next version. When the next version comes out, the release notes had all my ideas. It really is a testament to making this product great. If you can think of something useful that VTM should have and you can explain why, then there is a good chance Scorp will try to work with you to include it. I can't think of a more advanced thumbnail program than VTM and how it has evolved since the beginning, which is pretty amazing. Scorp should be commended for always listening to people and actually building the ideas that people suggest. This has made VTM a very great program capable of so much.

To be honest I have a very long list of changes to implement but have too few time to do it ;)
Please sorry for waiting for so long for some features.

BTW I will try to release VTM version 13 this weekend (in pair with Videonizer version 5).
Upcoming version of VTM will allow to add a custom suffix to output filenames.
Also I managed to enhance WebP animation creation speed (2x faster).
