Meanwhile, a question — do you really need the CPU-embedded video card?
I would suggest disabling it in the BIOS, and that's it.

I see no indication that VTM is using my Nvidia 4090 to generate images from the videos. Neither with Crystal nor any other engine. In the task manager, I only see my CPU being used. It shouldn't fail like that; I suspect there might be a problem with disk access permissions or some blocking process on your end.
