[Feature Request] Option to always include the first picture in a set

There is currently an option to "skip first picture in set." I would like an option to always include the first image.
I use the "uniform distribution" option to choose which photos will be selected.
My first image on the disk is often a cover image and I want that image to show up first.
This will also allow me to quickly jump to the first image in the set.
