Timeout large videos

Good day,
Is it possible to increase the timeout beyond the maximum of 25min for creating a screen list? Our workflow makes use of just the Video Thumbnails Maker GUI (no CLI or output to Videonizer) just for the purpose of creating WebVTT/VTX files for use in a web video player. We are processing 20-100 GB movie files sizes on VMs that do not have the horsepower of a workstation (the jobs are timing out right on the 25min mark), and do not have the option to increase system resources.
We have tried all the different engine combinations, and have the following settings:
Environment:
Remove video extension
Save each job into its own folder
WebVTT checked with a custom added to the URL
JPEG: 80
Options:
Tile 360x203
10sec specific timestamp
