Hello,

I tried to make thumbnails with animation and sound. Unfortunately, the program hangs.

I have created a videoclip for this purpose. You can see it here:

Without sound the production of thumbnails succeeds. Who can help me?

Best regards,
Ralph

Hello,

Please use the latest version of the program (VTM 15.2.0.0 at the moment).
The bug should be already fixed.

Hello,

thanks for the hint.

I downloaded and installed VTM version 11.0.0.1 a few days ago. I am surprised that such an old version is still available. Unfortunately I can't remember from where I downloaded the program.

After updating to version 15.2.0.0, the process runs through without error message. Unfortunately, you can't hear any sound while the animation is running.

Best Regards,
Ralph

The official VTM download pages are:
https://www.suu-design.com/downloads.html
https://www.videonizer-soft.com/downloads.html

1) Could you please share the result WebM file for a check (you can send me a private message)?
2) Could you please check the Diag.log file after the processing for possible errors?

Hello,

I tried it again today and it worked. Maybe the sound was set too low before or I had picked a part of the clip where there was very little conversation. Anyway, it's no longer a problem.

One more question: is it possible to animate more than one thumbnail?

Best regards,
Ralph

No, only one.
