Trying to get 5x4 thumbnail-sheet (no Animation) from .264 Files from surveillance cam.

.264 files not supportet by File-Extensions: renamed file to .mp4

Engines:

Ultimate - sheet with 5x4 matrix, but black thumbnails with each timestamp at 00:00
Crystal: empty sheet
Engine 1: X
Engine 2: - sheet with 5x4 matrix with the a correct thumbnail, but always the same thumbnail and time at 00:00

WMP, MPC-HC and VLC (after chanching to h.264 codec) playing the movie.

What can I do?
