I tried to create thumbnails of a few videos. Unfortunately every time I hit the START button, the application keeps executing itself and there is no progress. Several windows are opened every few seconds.

I tried different files but they all show the same behavior.

1) Looks hoorible. It should not behave in a such way. Do you use a cracked version?
2) Could you please check - what is written in Diag.log file?
You can access it easily by clicking on a log button on the top right corner of the main window.
