I have the problem that I always get an advertising picture for a few days, sometimes at the beginning, sometimes in the middle or at the end, when I work with the video thumbnail maker. I have the silver Video Thumbnail Maker. what can I do so that one advertising image disappears again.

It looks like your Serial has been changed.
Please send your new Serial to my email (you can press F4 hotkey in the program and copy the Serial).
