ultimate engine doesn't work with 480p (854x480) resolution for some reason

hello there
i've got a platinum version of your thumbnail thingy and the ultimate
engine doesn't work with 480p (854x480) resolution for some reason 
any idea why is that and any tips on how to fix that.?
v.8.0.0.0

Hello.
1) Please try the latest version of VTM (9.0.0.0).
2) Please share an example of that video.

1) tried 9.0.0.0 but still the same
2) 480p vids from this site (nsfw)

Looks like currently I can do nothing with that.
I did not find the correct way to decode that file. Need to have a closer look.
