Want to capture a still every 10 seconds

Hello,
I would love to capture still in "original size" every 5 seconds, or 10 seconds.
I don´t want thumbnails. I just want to grab multiple still form one video.
I know how to do it with VLC Player. But I have to watch the video.
I need a tool where I can save a still every 10 seconds without watching the film.
I don´t think it is possible yet. Right?
