Got today the activation key and copied into the program folder.
Unfortunately it up always works Not yet that screen without advertising is created.

Where can I find the serial number, which the program despite activation key will still ask?

Hello.
According you your screenshot (was sent by email), the program can not locate activationKey.vkf in the program's folder.
There can be two reasons: 1) the file does not exist; 2) the program has no enough priviledges to access the key file.

Can you locate the followind folder on your disk C?
C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local

If yes - please create "Video Thumbnails Maker" folder in that directory and install the program there. Then place the key file into that folder as usual.
You can uninstall previous instance of VTM before installing a new one.
